DIG 008 Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The DIG 008 promotion (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law and applicable state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you do not have primary residence in the USA or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry.

SPONSOR:

Dialed Industries LLC, 929 N Val Vista Dr Ste 109 #1499, Gilbert, AZ 85234 (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is administered by Sponsor.

ELIGIBILITY:

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding where prohibited) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies of Sponsor (collectively, together with Sponsor, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) are not eligible. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:

By participating, entrants (“Entrants”) agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

PROMOTION PERIOD:

Begins September 13, 2026 at 12:01 AM Pacific Time and ends October 12, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER:

Participants may enter by making a qualifying purchase through Sponsor’s website at www.dialed.industries (the “Website”). Entries are awarded based on purchase amount and promotional offers as disclosed on the Website at the time of purchase. The number of entries received is based on the pre-tax amount of the eligible purchase, excluding shipping and handling charges, less any discounts.

To be valid, each entry must provide all requested information. Proof of entry information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. Entries made by any other individual or entity, and/or originating at any other website or email address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void.

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE):

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter without making a purchase, visit www.dialed.industries/enter-sweepstakes during the Promotion Period and complete the free entry form to receive a unique Entry Code. After receiving the Entry Code, handwrite your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, date of birth, the Entry Code, and the promotion name “Dig Number 8” on a 3 x 5 card. Mail the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to: Dialed Industries LLC, Attn: Dig Number 8 Entry, 929 N Val Vista Dr Ste 109 #1499, Gilbert, AZ 85234. Each mail-in entry receives twenty (20) entries.

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 12, 2026 and received by October 17, 2026. In the event a postmark date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, the mail-in entry must be postmarked on the following business day. Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only, and each envelope must be mailed individually; bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted. Entrants may not use any third-party organization to assist with the entry process in any way, as determined by Sponsor. If you are unable to physically complete the 3 x 5 card, you may have someone complete the card on your behalf with your information as the Entrant. No correspondence will be acknowledged, and requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.

BONUS ENTRIES AND PROMOTIONS:

Sponsor may offer promotional entry multipliers, bonus entries, or special offers from time to time through its website, email, SMS, or social media channels. These offers may include, but are not limited to, entry multipliers (e.g., 10X, 20X, 50X), bundle promotions, or limited-time campaigns. All promotional entry opportunities will be clearly disclosed at the time of the offer. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional offers at any time. Mail-in entries will receive the standard entry allocation described in the Alternate Method of Entry section and will not be unfairly disadvantaged in violation of applicable law. If a mail-in entry is postmarked during an announced bonus entry period, the Entrant must write the applicable multiplier on the backside of the envelope to signify the bonus period being entered; if an Entrant lists a bonus period that is inaccurate with the postmark date, the entry will be disqualified.

REFERRAL PROGRAM:

Sponsor may offer referral-based bonus entries through its platform. Participation in referral programs is subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer. Abuse of referral programs, including self-referrals or fraudulent activity, may result in disqualification.

ENTRIES AND PRIVACY:

The Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein. All information submitted by Entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.dialed.industries/policies/privacy-policy. By participating and providing any personal contact information, Entrants agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

PRIZES:

One (1) 1996 Suzuki Jimny (“Jimmy”) valued at approximately $11,000 and one (1) cash prize of $4,000. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”): $15,000. The value of the prize set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the ARV thereof, and such determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize is lower than the stated ARV when the prize is procured and fulfilled, the difference will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No substitution or transfer of the prize by the winner will be permitted.

ODDS:

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION:

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about October 14, 2026. Winner will be notified via phone, email, and/or USPS mail. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

WINNER REQUIREMENTS:

Winner must complete and return required documentation, including an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent. Winner may also be required to complete an IRS Form W-9. The Affidavit will require the winner to provide a Social Security Number, which will be used solely for tax reporting purposes. Winner must have proof of a valid USA driver’s license from his or her state of residence to take delivery of the vehicle; failure to show same may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be reached or does not comply with notification instructions within three (3) business days from the first notification attempt, if a potential winner fails to return the required documents within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, that person shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.

TAXES:

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. The value of the accepted prize is taxable as income, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 in the name of the winner for the value of the prize. Entrants agree that Sponsor is not providing any accounting, tax, or legal advice.

VEHICLE PRIZE CONDITIONS:

Vehicle is awarded “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties, express or implied, in fact or in law, including but not limited to quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose. Winner is responsible for all title, license, registration, taxes, insurance, transportation, and delivery costs, and for all other expenses relating to the acceptance, ownership, and use of the vehicle. Winner must transfer title with their state DMV within ten (10) days of accepting the prize and may be required to show proof of insurance prior to taking delivery.

The prize vehicle may not meet federal or state importation, safety, or emissions standards, and may not be titleable, registerable, or legal for on-road use in all jurisdictions. Winner is solely responsible for confirming the titling, registration, importation, emissions, and safety inspection requirements applicable in their state and county prior to accepting the prize, and must use the vehicle in accordance with those regulations. Sponsor makes no representation or guarantee that the prize vehicle may be titled, registered, or operated on public roads in the winner’s jurisdiction, and makes no guarantees regarding condition or usability.

FRAUD AND ABUSE:

Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or fraudulently enter the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to returning purchased items for the purpose of obtaining entries, use of automated systems, or submission of false information, may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it believes has violated these Official Rules or engaged in improper conduct, including any individual deemed to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s Website, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

PUBLICITY:

By accepting a prize, and where permitted by law, winner grants Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor’s authority the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide in all media, without limitation and at any time, their full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, city and state of residence, and/or biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without additional compensation and without review, approval, or notification, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

If for any reason the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice, and to award the prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable and best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules.

Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the registration in question. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to: (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (iii) printing errors; (iv) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from an Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, or for any technical malfunction of any telephone network, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, or software.

Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. For New Jersey residents: nothing herein bars recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where mandated by statute.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE. The Released Parties are not liable in the event that any portion of the Sweepstakes is cancelled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, pandemic, or any other condition beyond their control.

EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OR TERRITORY OF THE USA ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY HIM/HER. SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or X (formerly Twitter). The manufacturer or distributor of the prize offered is not a sponsor of or participant in this Sweepstakes, and no association or endorsement is implied.

DISPUTES:

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. By participating, each Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any judicial proceeding shall take place in a court within the State of Oklahoma; (iii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorney fees be awarded or recoverable; (iv) under no circumstances will an Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each Entrant hereby waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (v) each Entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any), and he or she waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

SEVERABILITY:

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.

MISCELLANEOUS:

These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written. The headings herein are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to limit or affect any of the provisions hereof. No amendment to, or waiver of, any provision of these Official Rules shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Sponsor. The rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned by Entrants without the prior written consent of Sponsor, and any attempted assignment in violation of the foregoing shall be null and void.
